Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with AR Tactical California Inc. (“AR-TAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made on https://www.ar-tac.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

  • Standard Products: You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customized Products: Customized items (including logo printing, special colors, materials, or made-to-order modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@ar-tac.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).
  2. After approval, ship the item back to our Montclair, CA warehouse. Return shipping address will be provided in the RMA email.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (original outbound shipping) are non-refundable.
  • If you paid for expedited shipping, those fees are also non-refundable.
  • Refunds for defective items or our shipping errors will include reimbursement of original shipping costs.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you (including return shipping).

6. Dealer / Wholesale Returns

  • Approved dealers follow the same 30-day return window for standard (non-custom) products.
  • Bulk orders and customized dealer orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Frequent returns may result in review or suspension of dealer privileges.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened ammunition, magazines, or controlled items (if applicable)
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
