Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with AR Tactical California Inc. (“AR-TAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made on https://www.ar-tac.com.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
- Standard Products: You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Customized Products: Customized items (including logo printing, special colors, materials, or made-to-order modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at info@ar-tac.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).
- After approval, ship the item back to our Montclair, CA warehouse. Return shipping address will be provided in the RMA email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (original outbound shipping) are non-refundable.
- If you paid for expedited shipping, those fees are also non-refundable.
- Refunds for defective items or our shipping errors will include reimbursement of original shipping costs.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you (including return shipping).
6. Dealer / Wholesale Returns
- Approved dealers follow the same 30-day return window for standard (non-custom) products.
- Bulk orders and customized dealer orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Frequent returns may result in review or suspension of dealer privileges.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened ammunition, magazines, or controlled items (if applicable)
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
