These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.ar-tac.com (the “Site”) operated by AR Tactical California Inc. (“AR-TAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, applying as a dealer, or submitting any information, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We strive to ensure all information on the Site is accurate. However, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse any order.
All in-stock items are physically held in our warehouse located in Montclair, California.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We use secure third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Most in-stock orders ship the same day or next business day from our Montclair, CA warehouse.
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.

5. Dealer and Wholesale Program

Dealer applications are subject to review and approval by AR-TAC.
Approved dealers receive access to wholesale pricing, volume discounts, priority inventory access, and drop shipping support.
Dealers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the resale of tactical equipment.
We may suspend or terminate any dealer account at our sole discretion.

6. Customization Services

Custom orders (including logos, colors, materials, and special features) require a separate quote and are subject to different lead times and policies.
Once production begins on a custom order, it is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy for complete terms. Customized products are typically non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AR Tactical California Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR-TAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in dispute.
